Description
Our logistics & distribution PA&A department (Parts, Accessories and Apparels) is looking for a passionate training expert with experience in SAP implementation and logistics to support logistics transformation projects and the roll-out of the SAP S/4 HANA in our North American and international sites.
The job holder will be a key player in planning and implementing a technical support and training structure to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, change management and excellent communication skills.
YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Create and maintain up-to-date training material to support day-to-day operations and project implementation.
Mentor Key SAP Users (the operations, warehouse and transportation teams) to develop their full potential with SAP S/4 and propose KPIs to record training progress.
Develop change management plans, strategies and assessments for transformation projects.
Ensure business areas stay proficient with changes by providing continuous learning on new features and processes.
Set tactical plans to support strategic development goals within the business area and ensure progress toward these goals.
Ensure the integration of logistics requirements with other teams (sales, finance, procurement, etc.).
Lead/co-lead design and development workshops for logistics processes related to new business requirements.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
A bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, industrial engineering or any relevant disciplines such as computer science; a master’s degree would be an asset.
A strong background in instructional design and change management.
Strong interest in and curiosity about technology-based solutions and knowledge of SAP S/4 Hana are highly valuable assets.
Fluency in English and French is essential.
Well-versed in the Microsoft environment.
Solid communication skills, both oral and written, as well as with respect to presentations and the ability to speak to various audiences.
The ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment and manage a variety of stakeholders.
The ability to take ownership of assignments and produce concrete results.
A proactive nature and the willingness to challenge existing processes and propose new solutions.
Willingness to travel occasionally.
