Team Lead, Global Sales Planning (Ecom)

We are looking for a global sales planning team lead for parts, accessories, and apparel (PA&A). In this role, you will create a five-year strategic plan, yearly budgets, and quarterly forecasts to reach our excellence benchmarks at BRP. You will be significantly contributing to supporting the organization’s growth and meeting its vision and objectives.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Manage team lead concentration in D2C for parts, accessories and apparel with future role expansion possible.
  • Collaborate with demand planning in using a bottom-up SAP IBP Sku level forecast.
  • Create and maintain five-year strategic plans, budgets, and quarterly forecasts.
  • Create financial scenarios, opportunities, and risks.
  • Support commercial strategies in partnership with global commercial teams.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as but not limited to data management, finance, analytics, demand planning, supply and inventory planning, global sales planning operations, commercial teams, and regions through Sales and Operations Execution (S&OE) and Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) governances.
  • Strengthen our global planning processes to optimize consumer experience service levels worldwide for all BRP product lines.
  • Seek opportunities to streamline decision-making processes while being agile and timely.
  • Drive actions and accountability for results.
  • Ad hoc analysis as needed.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • A bachelor’s or higher degree in business administration, finance, marketing, or a related field of study.
  • Five years or more experience in omnichannel, retail and/or sales planning.
  • Strong strategic and change leadership with key stakeholders across various functions and levels.
  • The ability to deliver a high-quality customer experience through a customer-first mind-set.
  • A process improvement leader with an analytical capability to drive accountability for results by utilizing key performance indicators to find gaps, opportunities, or risks.
  • The ability to clearly articulate verbally and through a crisp holistic story of high-quality presentations.
  • Solid understanding of integrated business planning through Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and sales and execution planning (S&OE) governances.
  • The ability to manage multiple topics and projects at the same time and prioritize accordingly.
  • Proactive, positive, and autonomous with the ability to define requirements, implement processes and tools, and prioritize.
  • Approximately 25% travel may be required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite (email, sheets, presentations).
  • PowerBI (heavily used, intermediate skillset).
  • Proficient in data analysis, usage and understanding.
  • Bilingual fluency in French and English would be a plus.
