Global Talent Management Advisor

We are seeking a curious and innovative global talent management advisor to join our team. In this role, you will support various L&D and talent management initiatives. This role will primarily focus on creating impactful, data-driven learning experiences for professionals that align with our strategic goals and promote a culture of continuous learning and development at all levels, ultimately enhancing the employee experience at BRP globally.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Co-design and deliver talent management experiences in partnership with various internal and external partners.
  • Dive into business learning needs and develop tailored learning experiences that resonate and inspire.
  • Craft engaging, effective and compelling learning materials, tools, blended learning, workshops etc.
  • Act as a strategic planner by developing, maintaining, and supporting our learning systems to cultivate a culture of learning.
  • Implement metrics and evaluation methodologies to measure the success of L&D initiatives, turning insights into action for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure a sustainable approach to the mentorship program.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and quality delivery and alignment with strategic aspirations.
  • Elevate our communication strategies to effectively empower and uplift our talent management efforts.
  • Leverage best practices and benchmarks to propose creative initiatives that boost employee development.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, career counselling, or a related field. Assets: Graduate studies in organizational psychology/career counselling/organizational development/business intelligence/ statistics or another related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar role in a global organization (in plant environment an asset).
  • Bilingual (French and English) to facilitate working with international teams and partners.
  • Strong curiosity and self-motivation for learning, delivering quality projects, or taking on new challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and initiatives in a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and tolerance to ambiguity.
