Logistic Planner

Are you passionate about logistics and want to play a key role in the development of innovative products? We are looking for a Logistics Planner, reporting to the Head of Technical Services, to optimize and manage logistics processes in an innovation-driven environment. In this role, you will have a real impact on operations by ensuring smooth and efficient management of logistics flows, contributing directly to the success of product development at BRP.

 

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Manage the vehicle(s) ordering process for product development needs;

  • Manage supply procurement and support parts procurement for P0-P1-P3 and LU development activities;

  • Manage and track STR (Special Transportation Request) shipments;

  • Manage the Product Development Center's internal transportation requests.

  • Manage the Product Development Center's fleet of service vehicles;

  • Identify, develop and coordinate opportunities for improvement in logistics optimization;

  • Support the team in various clerical and administrative responsibilities and tasks.

     

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
 

  • Bachelor’s degree in administration, operations management or a related field, or DEC (college diploma) in administration or a related field

  • Strong proficiency in English and French, both spoken and written (4/5), to communicate with international suppliers/carriers on a daily basis.

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SAP

  • Analytical mindset, self-reliance and leadership

  • Team player with solid priority management skills
