Operations Team Leader, Global Retail Experience

Within GRE, we have an exciting opportunity to welcome an operations team lead to join our department. This role will support our retail environment and exterior signage team to help drive process improvements, increase efficiencies, and ensure that our dealer network has an exceptional experience as we design & implement improvements to the exterior and interior of their physical dealership. 

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Lead a team of seasoned coordinators and planners.

  • Oversee the implementation of retail environments across the North American dealer network.

  • Oversee the exterior signage program.  

  • Participate in the development of tactics linked to the operational strategy.

  • Optimize project coordination processes.

  • Coach the team to adopt a customer service approach with our dealer network

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure ongoing alignment.

  • Develop and maintain good relationships with external partners

  • Monitor performance indicators and create reports to identify areas for improvement.

  • Other related tasks
     

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • Strong leadership skills

  • Proactive, creative problem solver, and collaborative team player

  • Effective communication, ability to articulate, and relationship-building skills are critical

  • Time management, the ability to prioritize, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines are a must

  • Focus on delivering an exceptional dealer experience with a retail and growth-oriented mindset is important

  • University Degree in a relevant field

  • Team management experience 

  • Ability to communicate with dealers or other stakeholders outside Quebec or unilingual English on a daily basis

  • Proven track record of project coordination, sales, and/or brand implementation

  • Customer service experience preferred

  • Powersports Industry experience and/or corporate retail experience preferred
