Portfolio Management Lead

The Portfolio Management Lead is responsible for overseeing portfolio management and can achieve program management objectives to ensure smooth execution of major initiatives needing strong leadership. This role involves close collaboration with IT and business stakeholders to ensure alignment, prioritization, and execution of projects in line with strategic objectives. The candidate will also have to play the role of “Adviser” in project management with the business and IT.
 

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
 

  • Continuously improve the Strategy and Project management operating model.

  • Project management within non-fixed scope projects.

  • Lead the Weekly Cockpit with IT to ensure operational alignment and efficiency.

  • Be a reference for problem-solving during conflicts within complex projects.

  • Ensure the Operating Model runs efficiently across all projects.

  • Maintain an accurate global view of all projects at all times.

  • Take responsibility for Integrated Project Planning (IPP) so it is updated monthly for visibility and tracking.

  • Maintain the Powersport Dashboard, which is used as a key reference.

  • Participate in Powersport Update meetings and ensure smooth delivery.

  • Coordinate the monthly newsletter with the help of all your colleagues, incorporating continuous improvements.

  • The ability to navigate and be at ease in a complex environment.

  • Problem-solving skills in a complex environment (IT and Business).

  • Communication and Reporting: providing clear and timely updates to stakeholders.
