Description
We are seeking a Project Manager, reporting to the Head of Crates and Decals, to assist us in enhancing the crates that protect our vehicles during transit. In this role, you will have a significant impact on improving the quality of delivered crates and vehicles, working in collaboration with engineering, logistics, transport, and procurement.
YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Collaborate with various sectors to analyze data, identify problem sources, and quantify them.
Plan and deploy problem-solving plans in the global manufacturing and distribution network.
Plan, coordinate, and monitor the physical or virtual tests required to validate the identified solutions.
Develop technologies to enhance the processes and design of products in development and for the future.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
A strong ability to perceive complex situations.
Excellent skills in planning, priority management, and problem-solving follow-up.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English to collaborate with various partners outside of Quebec
A valued collaborator and team player.
Engineering training and relevant experience.
