Posting 2025-126: Probationary Educational Assistant (1.0 FTE) STJ Duties to commence immediately. The Educational Assistant will work under the supervision and direction of the Principal and the classroom teacher to assist in the instructional program. Duties include the preparation of materials, instruction-related activities, assisting with school/classroom management, and support services. Qualifications: Completion of a post-secondary education program in: Educational Support Worker, Educational Assistant Certificate, Early Childhood Education, Social Services Worker, Developmental Services Worker, Child & Youth Worker, in-school academic requirements of Educational Assistant Apprenticeship Program or equivalent and/or experience as approved by the Superintendent of Education.
