Library Technicians/Assistants for daily casual work across all schools in BGCDSB
Short and Long-term contracts may be available for application once accepted to our Casual List
Duties:
The Library Technician works primarily in the Resource Centre. The position involves duties which include ordering, cataloguing and circulating resource materials, assisting teachers and students to locate and use resource materials, and the supervision of students.
Qualifications:
Library Technician Diploma from an accredited college (completed or in progress)
Computer skills essential
Well-developed interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently
Experience preferred
A vulnerable sector check valid within 6 months from date of hire is a condition of hire with the Board.
