We’re looking for a warranty expert who’s ready to turn claims into lightning solutions! Your role? Submit claims, track payments and ship parts like a pro, while keeping up to date with manufacturers’ standards.

A GLIMPSE INTO YOUR DAILY ROLE

• Claims management: Process, submit and track warranty claims, including rejected claims.
• Documentation and compliance: Ensure rigorous record-keeping and verify manufacturers’ criteria.
• Financial follow-up: Reconcile payments and receivables on time.
• Parts logistics: Organize the shipment of parts to factories, distributors or scrap yards.
• Updates and related tasks: Follow up on reminders, bulletins and procedural changes, and perform other job-related tasks.
