THE ROLE

Join our team as a Campground Supervisor and be the heart of outdoor hospitality! From ensuring campers’ comfort to maintaining pristine grounds, your role will create memorable experiences amidst nature’s beauty.

As a Campground Supervisor, you will plan, organize and supervise the day-to-day operations of the campground, office and canteen. The Campground Supervisor will supervise employees and prepare employee work schedules. They will ensure park users are authorized patrons, monitor campground activities and control recreational equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED

Education, Certifications and Licenses

High school diploma and several years of experience in a related field

Current CPR and Standard First Aid certification

Valid Driver’s Licence (Ontario)

Experience

In record keeping/invoicing

In basic accounting

In personnel administration

In cash handling

Competencies

Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership.

English Essential

OTHER INFORMATION

Knowledge of health and safety practices, environmentally sound practices and facilities and grounds maintenance

This is an on-site position with an assigned work location

Perform moderate lifting, carrying, pulling and/or pushing (i.e. more than 10 lbs/4.5 kg but less than 50 lbs/23 kg)

Available to work days, evenings and weekends

This unionized position is open to all interested parties. Preference will be granted in accordance with the Collective Agreement.

START DATE

Anticipated start date of 22 April 2025

This is a seasonal position with an anticipated term of April to October
