THE ROLEThe Facility Supervisor plays an important role for Personnel Support Programs.
We offer services tailored to help our military members and their families face some of the challenges that come with military life and help them make the most of everyday activities such as going to the gym or pool. We believe that when members of the Canadian Armed Forces are able to take good care of themselves and their families, they can do better both at home and at work. Whether families need to sign their kids up for recreational programs, improve their own fitness, or make friends in a new community, our services are here to help.
As part of a dynamic and dedicated team, the Facility Supervisor ensures clients are provided with information regarding the facility, services, programs and activities; documents and communicates incidents, accidents or damages; inspects equipment and facilities for safety and ensures corrective action is taken. They organize the submission of program and activity information; supervise and train employees; prepare employee work schedules and standard operating procedures; receive, control and secure cash; prepare bank deposits and ensure reconciliation of cash; oversees processes such as registration; and several other related tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDEDEducation, Certifications and Licenses
An acceptable combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.
Current CPR and Standard First Aid certification

Naden Gym Operational hours: Monday to Thursday 5:30 am to 9:30 pm, Friday 5:30 am to 7 pm, Saturday and Sunday 8am to 6pm.
This is an on-site position with an assigned work location.
