THE ROLEThe Manager, Community Development and Stakeholder Relations will assist the community of the Canadian Armed Forces Charitable Funds in fostering, retaining and soliciting donor relationships. The incumbent will collaborate on proposals, grant applications, impact reports, and recognition activities, and other tasks as required.
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDEDEducation, Certifications and Licenses
College diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or a related field.
AND
Several years of experience in stakeholder management, event planning, project management, marketing and business communication.

In program management and development
In generating and managing a network of community stakeholders
In researching economic and labour market trends and opportunities
In researching, drafting, interpreting, and editing policies and procedures
In liaising with corporate executives
In creating and conducting presentations and workshops
In planning and delivering national and regional events
In writing reports, briefing notes and other communications
In developing strategic plans and outcome measurement
In preparing agreements
In creating marketing plans

This is a hybrid position with an assigned work location allowing the employee to work partly from a corporate office and partly from a home office in accordance with the CFMWS Flexible Work Options Policy, and with approval from the direct manager.
