SISIP FINANCIALA full suite of financial solutions, tailored to the realities of our Canadian Armed Forces Members and their families, is offered through the SISIP Financial division within CFMWS. In addition to conventional insurance, investment and financial advice products and services, we pride ourselves in delivering preventative financial education and, where required, counselling, to support our members’ financial wellbeing. SISIP Financial services are available to Canadian Armed Forces Members both virtually and in-person. We have 23 offices located in CAF communities across Canada. Our national office is located in Ottawa.
THE ROLEAs the Office Assistant, your primary responsibility is to ensure a welcoming and efficient environment for CAF (Canadian Armed Forces) members and their families. This role encompasses a variety of tasks aimed at facilitating smooth operations and excellent service delivery.
QUALIFICATIONSEducation, Certifications and Licenses

Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership.
RESPONSIBILITIESHelp with answering the phone and directing calls and booking appointments.
Help with filing - electronic and physical.
Maintain inventory of office supplies and order supplies as required.
Distribute incoming mail.
Work on special projects to assist the Investment Advisors, the Financial Counselors, and the Insurance Representatives.
Support various events, briefings, and kiosks as required.
Perform clerical duties - Including mapping out the Centres of Influence for the various units on base and identifying the points of contact.
Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.

This is an on-site position with an assigned work location. The employee must be able to work 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday-Friday.
