As an Operations Manager (Programs/Services) at CFMWS within our Personnel Support Programs (PSP) team, you will be at the helm of our operational efficiency, spearheading strategic initiatives and ensuring seamless day-to-day functions. From optimizing processes to nurturing a commitment to outstanding customer service, you will be instrumental in delivering programs and services to your clients - members of the Canadian Armed Forces and their families.
As an Operations Manager (Programs/Services), you are a strategic business planner, adept at crafting budgets, fundraising, and overseeing both revenues and expenses. You will work with your team to ensure the Military Service Club (Mess) and Health Promotion programs run smoothly. Should operational issues happen, your swift intervention will identify and apply necessary solutions. You need to be adaptable and able to pivot quickly when the needs of your clients change.
Should the need arise to boost engagement, organize or market an event, you will leap into action, formulating business and marketing strategies. As a leader, you recognize the importance of communication for success and will cultivate effective dialogue within your team while adeptly handling any conflicts that emerge.

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDEDEducation, Certifications and Licenses
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or Recreation/Sports Administration or a related field AND some years of experience in a related field
