THE ROLEThe Performance and Analytics Advisor role has two key components: serving as the divisional subject matter expert in developing Power BI dashboards and visualizations, and the sourcing and development of datasets that drive financial performance.
This pivotal role ensures stakeholders have access to accurate and relevant information, delivering actionable insights and intuitive visualizations that support strategic decision-making. The advisor will collaborate with finance colleagues and other division stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions.
Continuous improvement of visualization techniques and data processes will be a key focus, enhancing the organization’s decision-making capabilities.
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDEDEducation, Certifications and Licenses
College diploma or Certificate in Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or a related discipline AND several years of experience in data analysis, data science or a related field

OTHER INFORMATIONThis is a hybrid position with an assigned work location allowing the employee to work partly from a corporate office and partly from a home office in accordance with the CFMWS Flexible Work Options Policy, and with approval from the direct manager.
