THE ROLEUnder the supervision of the Military Housing Property Manager, and working with the onsite Property Management Team, the Property Rental Administrator will be responsible for responding to enquiries regarding PSP Military Housing Units. Fielding calls/emails from prospective & current occupants and ensuring any issues are attended to in a prompt, transparent, and client driven professional manner. Preparing deficiency lists as required, conducting move in inspections with new occupant(s) and potentially showing units to prospective occupants. Providing professional in person services such as, instructions on the use of the gas stoves, hot water tanks and the proper operation of the furnaces. The incumbent will inspect units, report damages, evaluate cleanliness standards on move outs and advise the Property Management Office of any potential issues/costs. Proactively work with the occupants to ensure a transparent and client driven approach with every interaction.
The Property Rental Administrator will be responsible for preparing documents, assist with special projects, compile reports relating to arrival and departure of occupants.
Additionally, this individual will ensure compliance with the Health & Safety Program, in conjunction with management, and may act as a Representative or member of a local NPF Committee.
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDEDEducation, Certifications and Licenses
High school diploma AND several years of experience in a related field
OR
An acceptable combination of education, training, and experience will also be considered
AND
Valid Driver’s Licence (Province)
Experience
In occupancy agreements/rental procedures
In office administration
