THE ROLEUnder the direction of the Director of Strategy and Business Management, Personnel Support Programs, you get to support divisional strategic initiatives. More specifically, you will study and understand the strategic direction of CFMWS, and lead, develop, implement and evaluate the performance measurement framework for PSP to ensure alignment and integration with the CFMWS Strategic Plan and Performance Measurement Framework.
You will support the development of PSP Annual Operational Plans ensuring alignment with the Organization’s enterprise planning. You also collaborate with PSP Leadership by tracking PSP activities, building and maintaining dashboards, conducting and overseeing research, conducting qualitative/quantitative analysis and providing recommendations accordingly. You will have the opportunity to use your advanced data management and analytics skills, including through PowerBI, to support divisional performance measurement efforts. You will leverage data to inform future priority efforts that positively impact the health and well-being of the Canadian Armed Forces and military community.
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDEDEducation, Certifications and Licenses
Bachelor’s degree in Performance Measurement, Business Administration, or a related field, AND several years of experience in performance measurement, reporting and program planning

In designing, developing and implementing performance measurement frameworks
In synthesizing qualitative and quantitative findings, drawing conclusions on practice and policy implications
In the analysis of data
In developing, monitoring, adjusting, and evaluating performance measurement
In developing, producing, and presenting performance measurement materials and reports
