Description
CFMWS. A job with purpose. Our 4000+ person strong organization champions a healthy, fun, creative and active lifestyle for Canadian Armed Forces members, Veterans and their families. Help us deliver a variety of recreation and fitness programs, offer family support, organize charity events and make sure our members access retail, travel and banking discounts and customized financial services. At Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services (CFMWS), we love what we do. And we live it too.

As a Sports & Athletics Assistant, your competencies will be used towards the planning and the coordination of the operations and delivery of sports programs in your location. This includes both intramural sports and competitive representative sports teams that compete nationally and internationally in such sports as hockey, volleyball, soccer, running, swimming, triathlon and basketball. On a daily basis, you will be involved in the organization, coaching, and officiating of sports, clinics and training camps. You will also use your expertise to monitor, evaluate and recommend improvements to the sports programs.
