As the Land Administration Student, you will be preforming day to day activities and projects that will provide the development and understanding of the following skill sets: Planning and Organizing, Systems, Processes and General Job knowledge. Working in the head office of this world-class company offers countless opportunities to advance your career in an atmosphere where teamwork, innovation, and expertise are valued.

  • Term length: 4 and 8 months
  • Term start: May 2025
  • Job location: Calgary, AB - Head Office
  • Shift schedule: 5 x 2 - 8 hours (Monday - Friday) 
  • Safety sensitive position: No

Key Accountabilities:

  • Facilitate abandonment and reclamation projects and understand activities related to the program
  • Ensure data integrity/maintenance of surface files
  • Assist with capital projects and understand the role of surface land in acquiring wells and facilities
  • Support the third party process and understand liability and regulations associated to granting consent

What You Bring to The Role:

  • Currently enrolled in the Energy and Professional Land Management Program or a related post-secondary education program
  • Experience with Accumap, Arcgis maps, Qbyte Land System, EnerLink, Petro-Lab / Query-Lab, AFE Navigator is considered an asset
