Location: Kamloops Banking Centre

What your day will look like

Client Centric. Deliver outstanding client experiences at every interaction and follow through on plans to continuously build the client experience, in line with CWB’s brand promise. Provide full-service solutions for clients with the view to be every client’s primary financial partner

Sales. Undertake dedicated sales activities, including proactive prospecting and regular communication with existing clients, to help with annual deposit, cash management growth and offering full-service cash management solutions to business owners.

Networking. Coordinating and participating in regular branch activities with the business banking team while growing your network to help drive growth of.

Learning. Although you’ve developed a strong banking foundation, you are always identifying trends and growing your knowledge on your next client or business area to achieve ultimate success and strong results from you and your team.

Data integrity. Ensure customer information is accurate and follows policy and procedures for an outstanding customer experience


Foundational knowledge and experience to grow from

Financial and marketing knowledge of local markets and national economies built on a foundation of some formal education and real-life experience (3 years of banking or financial services experience with a strong sales and relationship management focus). Knowledge of cash management & deposit products with recognized sales achievements, a plan for external prospecting and deal team mentality, will set your application apart.
