Your day will include working closely with the business development or ecommerce teams to identify opportunities with your marketing director and build campaigns to reach business results. In this role, you will...

Under the direction of the Marketing Director, our marketing/e-commerce manager will be assigned to one or more of our brands and will work on our e-commerce platform, e-commerce promotions and communications, or any other marketing campaign management to support our brand marketing strategies and initiatives.

Main Tasks
• Identify opportunities for innovation and growth in online commerce and digital marketing, and propose creative solutions to enhance customer engagement.
• Master the value chain by participating in the definition of target segments, customer journeys, and the positioning of our product lines to implement dynamic and personalized workflows.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (creative, production, sales, and technical) and external (media) partners to better understand target needs.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive online commerce strategy for the launch and promotion of solutions (goods and services) that integrate into the ecosystem of one or more main brands of the group, while aligning with business objectives. Manage the product catalog with segment and sales managers.
• Develop, manage, and implement effective and high-quality marketing campaigns, including online advertising, organic content, social media, email marketing, landing pages, e-coupons, or promotions.
• Optimize online performance with initiatives to enhance user experience - e-commerce & rich content, SEO, intuitive search bar & navigation, content creation and personalization, online platform management, in collaboration with technical/IT teams.
• Define, measure, and optimize key performance indicators to ensure brand awareness, traffic, conversion, and customer retention.
• Use advanced analytics tools to evaluate campaign performance, identify market trends, and make strategic decisions.
• Identify security risks related to e-commerce activities and implement appropriate prevention and protection measures with the IT team.
• Manage forecasts, budget, expenses, and timelines.

About you...

Qualifications:
• 8 years of experience in marketing/e-commerce - B2B environment
• Degree in marketing or information technology
• Strategic mindset with attention to detail
• Strong focus on achieving goals, results-oriented attitude
• Writing skills - primarily in English
• Proficiency in analyzing and managing CRM, CMS, automation, e-commerce platforms, and tools, including a technical eye on marketing tools
• Excellent command of CRM, CMS, Automation, SEO, Google Analytics tools (knowledge of Salesforce, Power BI, HubSpot - a plus).
• Good understanding of Google, Google Ads, GTM
• Excellente communication and teamwork skills
• Bilingualism in spoken and written French and English
• Autonomy, sense of responsibility, organization, and good priority management
• Experience in a marketing agency and/or in the industry is an asset
