Position Summary

We are currently seeking a Rental Coordinator to be responsible for facilitating rental coordination & delivery to Cansel clients across Canada from a fulfillment facility in Burnaby BC. Reporting to the Rental Manager you will schedule all rental equipment operations for clients in the geospatial survey, mapping, and scanning industry.

In this role, you will...

· Create and schedule rental contracts
· Configure rental equipment & systems to customer’s specs
· Inspect, calibrate, and maintain rental equipment
· Schedule and plan equipment service & maintenance
· Manage delivery logistics
· Maintain up-to-date equipment checklists
· Manage product lifecycle of rental equipment to keep current
· Maintain rental area in a clean and professional manner
· Assist with the set-up of new equipment when needed

About you...

We are looking for an energetic, highly motivated individual who can work within a team environment and can work with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will possess:

· 1-2 years relevant experience
· Excellent organizational skills with close attention to detail
· Ability to multi-task and prioritize work activities in a fast-paced environment
· Excellent verbal, phone, and email communication
· Construction industry experience is an asset
· Knowledge of computer information systems and survey equipment
· Experience loading software onto field devices
· Service desk experience (i.e. configuration, estimation, calibration, set-up, etc.)
· SAP knowledge is an asset
· Experience with Electronics is an asset
