Position Summary

We are currently seeking a used equipment coordinator to be responsible for facilitating, coordination & delivery of used equipment. Reporting to the Rental Manager, you will schedule all used equipment operations for clients in the geo-spatial survey, mapping and scanning industry.

In this role, you will...

• Configure used equipment & systems as per order
• Inspect and calibrate rental and trade-in equipment for sale
• Maintain Used Website inventory including photos, videos, and pricing, and ensure up-to-date
information is available on-site
• Schedule and plan equipment service & maintenance prior to sale
• Oversee the trade-in process to maximize efficiencies throughout the trade-in cycle
• Participate in the roll-out process of rental fleet inventory
• Perform other duties as assigned by management, including backup of rental coordinators

About you...

We are looking for an energetic, highly motivated individual who can work within a team environment and can work with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will possess:

• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work activities in a fast-paced environment
• Equipment rental and construction industry experience (an asset)
• Knowledge of computer information systems and survey equipment
• Experience with loading software onto field devices
• Service desk experience (i.e. configuration, estimation, calibration, set-up, etc.)
• Excellent verbal, phone, and email communication
• SAP and salesforce knowledge (assets)
• Experience with Electronics (an asset)
