Service Department Supervisor

The manager will be responsible for all after-sales service and parts activities required by the Customer. You will supervise a team in place consisting of a Technical Designer, Customer Service Representatives, Parts Clerk and Service Technicians.

Detailed description:

Experience with Customer Service and the use of a data management system (SAP), you will be responsible for ensuring the transition of equipment built with the project managers, coordinate the installation and testing at the customer's site;

Collaborate and maintain close links with other departments and when required;

Ensures the planning and execution of the daily activities of his staff;

Ensures the planning of service calls with customers;

Control customer purchase orders;

Monitor and review service reports from service technicians;

Ensures the performance of the manufacturing procedures used by the company;

Follows procedures and processes and ensures the development and control of time allocated for the completion of various tasks;

Completes all reports related to his activities;

Participates in all required meetings and ensures effective feedback in order to maintain the continuous improvement of his department,

Works closely with the management of the various departments related to his activities.
