CAMH Education is currently seeking a full-time, contract (1 year) CH&E Coordinator (Evaluation Specialist) reporting to the Manager of Education Evaluation and Quality Improvement. The CH&E Coordinator will coordinate, co-lead and support evaluation and quality improvement projects. In particular, this position will conduct evaluation of education courses, healthcare programs and services related to Education and CAMH priorities. The position include conducing literature reviews, developing data collection tools, performing data analysis, writing reports and contributing to publications and proposal writings. This position will also be involved supporting the advancement of evaluation scholarship, including drafting and submitting protocols to Research Ethics Board (REB) and Quality Project Ethics Review (QPER). The position will also support tracking and reporting Education strategic metrics and contribute toward developing annual reports. The successful candidate will have a Masters degree in evaluation, public health or in relevant discipline, combined with 3 years of experience in program evaluation. Research or evaluation experience in a health sciences or education research environment is required. Experience in quantitative and qualitative data collection and analyses is essential. Previous experience in RedCap and Survey Monkey and advanced knowledge in data analyses softwares such as SPSS, R and NVIVO is required. Previous knowledge of working with databases is also essential. The candidate will have excellent communication (oral and written), creative problem-solving abilities and organizational skills. The ability to manage and adapt to diverse work environments and conditions is essential. Candidates require the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Bilingualism (French/English) or proficiency in a second language would be an asset.
