Description
The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) is seeking a full-time, permanent IT Specialist - Application Support to work in the Information Management Group (IMG), reporting to the Operations Manager, Corporate Applications. This role will be responsible for supporting key Corporate IT systems / applications.

The successful candidate will possess a university degree, preferably in a computer-related field combined with relevant work experience. An equivalent combination of working experience and education may also be considered.
The candidate will have at least 4 years of hands-on experience in IT administration and support in a medium to large heterogeneous environment. Knowledge and experience with virtualization technologies and cloud platforms, IIS, MS SQL clusters, SAN storage. Experience with ITIL framework and best practices for IT service management.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server, networking, and database management systems. Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python, SQL) for automation and system maintenance tasks. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. IT certifications are considered an asset. ServiceNow ticketing system and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) support experience is considered an asset
The candidate will have strong communication and customer service skills and is able to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment with clients and staff from diverse backgrounds. Bilingualism (French/English) and/or proficiency in another language are considered an asset.
Vaccines (COVID-19 and others) are a requirement of the job unless you have an exemption on a medical ground pursuant to the Ontario Human Rights Code.
