The Azrieli Adult Neurodevelopmental Centre is the first research and education centre in Canada dedicated to improving care for adults with neurodevelopmental disabilities and mental health challenges. Position Description

Reporting directly to the Research Operations Manager of the Azrieli Adult Neurodevelopmental Centre, with accountability to the Director of the Azrieli Adult Neurodevelopmental Centre, CAMH is seeking a full-time, 12-month contract Program Officer to support on-going activities.

The Program Officer will assist the Research Operations Manager in coordinating support for the Azrieli Adult Neurodevelopmental Centre Research team, including scientists, research coordinators, research analysts and trainees. The role will involve supporting key initiatives pertaining to the research operations, including day-to-day support of small projects, developing and implementing processes, training research staff and scientists on new systems, monitoring and providing and in-depth review of documentation and assisting the Research Operations Manager with large scaled projects.

Key Accountabilities

The successful candidate must have an undergraduate degree from a recognized academic institution in a related field e.g., Health Administration, Public Health, Psychology, or Neuroscience, with three (3) years of related professional experience in managing research projects in the field of mental health and addictions. One (1) year of operations experience is preferred. In addition, the successful candidate will possess the following skills:
