Analyst - Data Management (ITIL, APP)

Position Description:

IT Analyst with a strong background in Data Management, ITIL Process compliance, and Analysis. Among others the role demands having good language skills, data modeling and scripting experience. A minimum of 4-7 years' experience is desired.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Incident Analysis and Resolution for both Infra and Application in PROD as per SLA
• Monitor Server metrics. Event checks, analyses, alerts and take appropriate action
• Work with Data Management tools, Collibra, scripting and more.
• Maintain availability of Dev and SIT/PAT Regions of EDMO
• Permanent fix of repeated issues/incidents
• Infra patches Change task co-ordination/verification for Production and Non-Production
• Perform and Support Disaster Recovery Testing and Certificate Upgrades
• Create/Update KB articles
• Co-ordinate necessary resources to ensure completion by deadlines

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Degree or Diploma in IT
• Experience and Knowledge of Collibra Tool is a Must
• Experience working with large data sets and Knowledge of Data Management Tools
• Core Java or Python & Shell scripting
• Rest API
• Data Modeling, Database and SQL
• Linux
Nice to have:

• Azure stack covering ADF, ADB, Unity
• Experience in Reporting Tools such as Tableau, Power BI
