Customer experience and competitive intelligence analyst

Position Description:

Reporting to Product Management, the Customer experience and competitive intelligence analyst's primary responsibility will be to inform and support the vision and business decisions of CGI's Payroll Service Center (PSC) based on customer and market knowledge. He/she will work in collaboration with business intelligence, product and strategy professionals, and will be involved in presentations to various internal and external stakeholders.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Customer experience and market analysis:
-Analyze and understand customer profiles, satisfaction levels, and feedback on product, price, and services.
-Lead the bidding process and projects with external firms to conduct surveys and market research
-Coordinate and optimize customer survey activities on an ongoing basis in collaboration with internal stakeholders and partners
-Analyze customer feedback data, both qualitative and quantitative, and disseminate findings to inform internal strategies and priorities
-Monitor the budget, to ensure effective control of expenditure
-Contribute to market analyses by tracking and reporting on trends in the payroll and human capital management sectors to inform strategy and guide business decisions
-Develop recommendations based on analyzed information in relation to market, competition and customer profile.

Product Marketing & Competition Monitoring:
-Participate in the creation of marketing materials such as blogs, web pages, customer communications, brochures, etc. aimed at informing and attracting potential buyers by highlighting the benefits of the product.
-Collaborate in training sales teams on effective product marketing, providing them with clear value propositions to maximize sales impact and meet customer expectations
-Produce comparative analyses, presentation documents and competitor profiles
-Participate in the implementation of the global competitive intelligence strategy, including the identification of strategic intelligence themes, collection tools, information sources and deliverables.
-Elaborate strategic recommendations: develop recommendations based on the analysis of market data, competitors and customer profiles, in order to inform business decisions and guide the company's actions.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

-Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or related field combined with a minimum of 5 years' professional experience in a similar role
-Knowledge of payroll, human resources and time management would be an asset
-Knowledge of the Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
-Practical experience with MS PowerBI, MS Dynamics, Pendo
-Strong intellectual curiosity, ability to analyze and synthesize information
-Proven interpersonal and collaborative skills
-Excellent written communication skills, in both French and English
-Strong business acumen.

Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the role requiring interaction with national and global clients.
