Description
We are now accepting applications for an Educational Assistant at Christ the King Academy a grades 5-8 school located in Brooks, Alberta. This is a temporary, part-time position, 22.50 hours per week on average for the school year 2024-2025.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, caring, and committed to students with an openness to learning. Flexibility, patience, responsiveness, cooperation, and strong communication skills will lead to success in this role. Experience supporting students with complex learning profiles is an asset. Additionally, some of the duties in this assignment may include providing support to the physical demands of a student (self-care, dressing, toileting, medical needs, etc.). Preference will be given to those with training and/or experience in Healthcare Aide.
