Description
Requirements - the successful candidate will hold a degree in Speech Language Pathology from a recognized university and be registered or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Speech Language Pathologists and Audiologists. Preference will be given to those with pediatric experience, as well as those comfortable working within a Catholic environment.
Daily tasks will require a variety of skillsets and responsibilities including but not limited to:
· Working with children individually or in group settings,
· Assessing needs and implementing programs,
· Educating and communicating goals to partners including parents, teachers, and teacher assistants,
· Report writing,
· Participation in team meetings,
· Consultation with other professionals,
· Travel throughout the division is required.
A current Criminal & Vulnerable check and Child Welfare check will be required.
