POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Reporting to the Operations Support Director of the multi-residential division, the ideal person's role is to assist the team and provide effective administrative support on a daily basis for all of the division's activities.
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- All other related tasks
- Assist team members with daily administrative tasks
- Collaborate on special projects
- Complete lease requests
- Create tools and templates
- Ensure good customer service by responding to customer email or telephone requests
- Enter data into various systems
- Help prepare certain documents
- Produce monthly reports
- Write certain letters to tenants
- DEP or DEC in administration, accounting or office automation
- Bilingualism (French and English) is essential, the candidate will work and communicate with partners across Canada and the United States
- Good knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook software (an asset)
