Description
The St-Augustin is a warm and pleasant residence which has the pleasure of welcoming a little more than 300 independent residents with a slight loss of autonomy. Located in a prime area, at the beginning of St-Augustin de Desmaures, a few streets from Cap-Rouge. We are currently looking for a person to fill a part-time evening auxiliary nurse position.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Schedule: a 4/14 evening shift with a weekend on
Salary: between $20-25 per hour
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administer medication in accordance with safety principles and the codes of ethics
- Contribute to the adjustment of a residents' action plan based on their observations
- Create and maintain metuculous notes in the residents Dossier in accordance with the requirements of the Ordre des Infirmiers et Infirmières auxiliaires du Québec (OIIAQ)
- Promote and advocate for proactive care among residents
- Respond to all emergency situations
- A proffesional studies dimploma (DEP) in health care assistance, nursing
- PDSB training
- Up to date CPR / AED training certificates
- Member of the OIIAQ
