Description
The private seniors' residence Les Jardins Champfleury is looking for a person to fill a part-time day-evening-night position of beneficiary attendant (PAB) . The person must have their Law 90. The person must have their complete training in addition to PDSB, CPR/AED.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Schedule: 7/14 day/evening/night 56 hours every two weeks
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist and/or accompany residents in getting around
- Contribute to the adjustment of a residents' action plan based on their observations
- Contribute to the development of a residentsè action plan based on their observations
- Distribute medication in pill organizers and provide some invasive care (as needed and provided you have the necessary training)
- Respond to all emergency situations
- While interacting with them, report any noticeable changes in a residents mental or physical health to the on-call nurse.
- Formation of PDSB
- Up-to-date CPR/AED general first aid training
