POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Cherbourg managed by Cogir, offers a friendly atmosphere where it is stimulating to work. We have a dedicated and caring team for seniors.
We are currently looking for three beneficiary attendants who will contribute to the quality of life of residents. The Beneficiary Attendant ensures the comfort, well-being, safety and general needs of residents by providing them with hygiene and comfort care.
Position: 9/15, daytime, every other weekend
Position: on call, variable schedule
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer ringtones
- Assist and accompany residents in their travels
- Collaborate in maintaining the bond of trust with the families or loved ones of the residents as well as with the various stakeholders (CLSC, CSSS, etc.)
- Ensure the accompaniment of residents to activities, the dining room and appointments at the home
- Notify the nurse and/or the person in charge of health services of any changes observed in the state of health of the residents
- Respond to all emergency situations
- Assist the nursing staff in tasks that require no hands-on care of the resident
- In collaboration with the different teams, carry out health and hygienic care to the residents while maintaining their dignity and integrity .
- 1 year of relevant experience will be considered an important asset
- Flexibility for the work schedule

- Up to date CPR / AED training certificates
