Description
The private seniors' residence Les Marronniers, located in Lévis, is looking for 3 people to fill part-time evening beneficiary attendant positions. ***Candidates must hold a DEP in beneficiary care or RAC certificate or 5000 hours accumulated over the last 5 years in the position of PAB + RCR 16H up to date + PDSB completed.***
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Schedule A: a 6/14 position from 3:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. with one weekend out of 2 (43.5/2 weeks)
Schedule B: a 8/14 position from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. with one weekend out of 2 (58h/2 weeks)
Schedule C: a 6/14 position from 4 p.m. to midnight with one weekend out of 2 (43.5h/2 weeks)
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist and/or accompany residents in getting around
- Contribute to the adjustment of a residents' action plan based on their observations
- Contribute to the development of a residentsè action plan based on their observations
- Distribute medication in pill organizers and provide some invasive care (as needed and provided you have the necessary training)
- Respond to all emergency situations
- While interacting with them, report any noticeable changes in a residents mental or physical health to the on-call nurse.
- Formation of PDSB
- Up-to-date CPR/AED general first aid training
- Law 90 training (an asset)
