The private seniors' residence Le Boisé Vanier is looking for a person to fill the position of full-time Chief RI Coordinator. The chief IR coordinator is responsible for ensuring the health and well-being of users by ensuring, among other things, common and specific services provided according to classifications. He or she is responsible for his or her units and works in collaboration with CIUSSS partners in addition to ensuring the smooth running of the resource's operations.

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Complete the billing form monthly in collaboration with the CIUSSS
  • Contributes to clinical meetings, necessary follow-ups, pre-classifications and classifications in collaboration with the CIUSSS
  • Contributes to the analysis and implementation of corrective measures relating to administrative performance indicators

  • Maintain close contact with the PARs to validate this dispensation in accordance with classifications
  • Maintain user files
  • Make certain interventions with users when necessary
  • Make relocation requests to the CIUSSS for users in excess of service
  • Manages complaints and dissatisfaction with users and/or their families in collaboration with CIUSSS partners, the general director and the DSIM in particular situations, brings solutions and puts in place means to resolve the problem. situation
  • Manages the inventory of equipment in common and specific services (protective pants, food supplement, etc.) and places orders
  • Monitors the provision of services by keeping the required classifications, tools and services up to date

  • Participates in harmonious communications with users and their families

  • Participates in the resolution of complex situations in collaboration with the CIUSSS
  • Sees to the comfort, well-being and general needs of users while respecting the standards of the establishment and the resource
  • Shares telephone administrative custody with other CSIs and CSI-RIs
  • Supervises, supervises and ensures the training of new CSI-RIs
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Knowledge of the healthcare environment and related professions, a major asset
  • Experience in personnel management
