POSITION DESCRIPTION:
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in rental
- Ensure follow-ups and inspections of vacant units so that they are ready and clean
- Follow up on move-ins and move-outs
- Input the necessary data at given time in Hopem
- Issue rental activity reports and process renewal requests, if necessary
- Make purchase orders
- Participate in any other related tasks required by your immediate superior
- Perform all administrative tasks requested by the building manager
- Provide rental reports or other report requested by the building manager
- Receive potential customers
- Respond to customer service requests
- Respond to existing customers for renewals and unit transfers.
- Respond to requests from existing tenants (questions, comments, service requests, etc.)
- Support suppliers if necessary
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Support the general manager in his duties
- 3 years of management experience (an asset)
- Excellent command of French and English (spoken and written)
- Knowledge of the field of property management
- Mastery of Quebec laws governing rental properties
- Knowledge of Hopem software (an asset)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- Market knowledge in and around LaSalle
