POSITION DESCRIPTION:
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- All other related tasks
- Carry out visits and negotiate rental contracts according to established policies, service offer and promotions, in conjunction with the property manager
- Ensure follow-ups and inspections of vacant units so that they are ready and clean
- Follow up on move-ins and move-outs
- Follow up on prospects and complete the documents required for the rental
- Input the necessary data at given time in Hopem
- Issue rental activity reports and proceed with renewal requests, if necessary
- Perform all administrative tasks requested by the building manager
- Perform business development and develop new marketing strategies with management approval
- Provide rental reports or other report requested by the building manager
- Receive potential customers
- Respond to current customers on pricing and lease terms
- Respond to customer service requests
- Respond to requests from existing tenants (questions, comments, service requests, etc.)
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Perform other related duties
- Support the general manager in his duties
- Minimum experience in a sales or rental position in the real estate field
- High availability, evenings and weekends
- Bilingualism is an asset
- Good knowledge of the Montreal market and surrounding region
