Domaine Lafontaine, a private seniors' residence located in Rivière-du-Loup, is looking for its next rare gem to fill a full-time dining room manager position. The person will be in charge of managing the dining room's schedules and employees but will also have to participate in meal service. Schedule: Monday to Friday during the day with one weekend out of two on call

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing dining room employee schedules
- Ensure effective communication to your teams and to the residence in general
- Ensure that services provided to residents and their loved ones are of a high quality
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Bring plates to tables and provide personalized service
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure good teamwork
- Greet residents in the dining room and ensure they are comfortable
- Manage guests' reservations and ensure their comfort
- Perform other related duties
- Good communication
