POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Our team at Humaniti, a superb real estate complex, is looking for a new colleague to join us as a Doorman/Night Valet! We are a dynamic and cheerful team, always ready to offer the best service to our residents. We believe in being positive and working as a team, both for ourselves and for our residents: it is the key to a great day at Humaniti!


ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer questions from residents and visitors and direct them to the right places and announce, either by intercom or telephone, anyone requesting access to the building in order to visit a resident or to make a delivery to a resident
  • Keep records for specific events, service calls, envelopes / packages received
  • Perform any other related tasks requested by the immediate superior or pertaining to their duties
Administration
  • Provide a high level of customer service
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 1 year of relevant experience will be considered an important asset
  • Ease in the use of computer tools
  • Bilingualism both oral and written
  • Customer service experience an asset
