We are looking for a heavy maintenance attendant to fill our maintenance team.
Permanent position, full time, day / evening, every other weekend.
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Clean storage areas and maintenance carts
- Ensure that the residence and equipment are kept clean in accordance with hygiene and sanitation standards
- Perform any other related task requested by his immediate superior or required by his duties
- Clean entryways and common areas
- Cleaning and performing floor maintenance duties in the common areas
- Keep the work environment clean
- Maintain and clean the premises
- Maintenance and cleaning of the lobby and corridors
- Sweep and clean the floors of the corridors, common areas and workstations of the building
- Taking out the trash
- Wash windows in common areas
- Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
- High school diploma (SSD)
- Knowledge of seniors’ residences, a major asset
- 1 year of experience in housekeeping (asset)
