POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The Le Coin St-Paul residence offers seniors a warm and safe environment while respecting the specific needs of each individual, with integrity and complete privacy.

We are currently looking for an evening heavy maintenance attendant to complete our team.

Schedule: Full-time, evenings from 4:00 p.m. to midnight, occasionally every other weekend.


ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Clean entryways and common areas
  • Maintain and clean the premises
  • Maintenance and cleaning of the lobby and corridors
  • Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior
  • Sweep and clean the floors of the corridors, common areas and workstations of the building
  • Taking out the trash
  • Wash windows in common areas
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
  • High school diploma (SSD)
