POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Our residential building in Delson is currently looking for a housekeeping attendant. Are you versatile, agile with your hands and have a great sense of organization? You are the person we need!


ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Be available to respond to emergencies
  • Carry out site maintenance according to the frequency provided for this purpose or when required
  • Clean and perform the tasks inherent in the maintenance of floors and carpets in common areas
  • Distribution of communications to tenants
  • Ensure the cleanliness of entrances and common areas, both inside and outside
  • Ensuring security and compliance with building regulations
  • Maintain a clean working environment
  • Maintain property spaces and systems
  • Maintain the land, indoor parking, storage spaces
  • Other Related Tasks
  • Perform minor repairs in apartments and common areas
  • Wash the windows at the main and secondary entrances
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum relevant experience of 1 to 2 years
  • DEP in general building maintenance (an asset)
