POSITION DESCRIPTION:
We are currently looking for an HR Shared Service Center Associate to join our Payroll and Human Resources team. This individual must be dynamic, focused and have excellent customer service skills. We offer a flexible environment and growth opportunities.
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain employee information in the database up to date
- Manage absence requests in human resources systems
- Manage incoming internal customer support requests directed to the Payroll and Human Resources team via the ticketing system and/or by phone
- Perform enrollments, follow-ups and terminations related to employee benefits and respond to related requests
- Proceed with the opening, changes and termination of employee files (Payroll and human resources) on the various payroll and benefits platforms
- Take charge
- Ease in the use of computer tools
- Bilingualism (French and English) is essential, the candidate will work and communicate with partners across Canada and the United States
