Located in the heart of Sainte-Marie, the Château Sainte-Marie residence is happy to welcome a golden clientele, autonomous or losing their autonomy. We are currently looking for the rare pearl to fill a full-time maintenance assistant position. The person must be quite versatile: laying floors, painting, installing toilets, plastering, etc. Repairs and maintenance of our residents' apartments.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Schedule: Monday to Friday during the day with 1 weekend out of 2 on call
Salary: $21.25/hour
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Be available to respond to emergencies
- Maintain and clean the premises
- Maintain property areas and systems
- Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.)
- Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior
- Perform minor repairs in apartments and common areas
- Taking out the trash
