POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The welcoming Faubourg Giffard residence is looking for a maintenance attendant. Reporting to the maintenance director, the maintenance attendant's responsibilities include completing minor renovations and ensuring cleanliness within the facility.
Casual replacement position, full-time night shift. Night shift premium and $250 signing bonus.
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintenance of common areas
- all other related tasks
- Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required
- Make service calls
- Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.)
- Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior
- Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
