The LUMIA residence has the pleasure of welcoming clients who are either independent or losing their autonomy. There is a warm and friendly atmosphere where we feel at home. We are looking for two maintenance workers to fill our team.
Schedule: Full time, days, every other weekend
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- all other related tasks
- Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required
- Make service calls
- Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.)
- Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior
- Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
