The St-Augustin, a friendly private residence for seniors, is looking for someone to fill a full-time maintenance attendant/facility attendant position starting in early September. We are looking for someone who is versatile and comfortable talking to our residents. Stable schedule, friendly managers and opportunities to grow within the company :)
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Schedule: to be discussed
Salary: between $20 and $23 per hour
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Change light bulbs in the common areas
- Clear and salt the entrances
- Make service calls
- Manage apartment renovations in accordance with the program established by general management/the general manager
- Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.)
- Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior
- Taking out the trash
- Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
